Health Services is the medical support resource on campus that provides in-person and telehealth appointments for all eligible students. We provide basic healthcare services, gynecologic care, LGTBQ+-specific concerns, Wellness and well-being services, and STI testing and treatment. Please see our Medical Services tab for more.
Making An Appointment
To schedule an appointment, please contact us at 718.399.4542, option 1.
Health Services provides in-person and telehealth services during our office hours, Monday through Friday, from 9-4 in the summer and 9-5 during the academic year.
In-Person Appointments:
We primarily operate on an appointment basis. In-person appointments will be assigned at the discretion of a healthcare provider. Students are asked to ensure they have set up their accounts in the health portal at pratt.medicatconnect.com. We will resume self-serve portal appointments once it is feasible to do so.
At this time, proof of COVID-19 vaccinations, boosters, and exemptions will no longer be required for new or current Pratt students, faculty, or staff. These will no longer be a determining factor for Pratt ID access to campus facilities. You can find more information on returning to campus on the Pratt website and via direct email communications.
Please review the following important procedures we have put into place to reduce the risk of COVID-19 exposure for those who visit us at Health Services:
- If you have a fever, sore throat, cough, headache, body aches, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea, please do not walk into Health Services. Instead, please call 718.399.4542 for assistance.
- If you have an in-person appointment, please arrive ten to fifteen minutes ahead of your appointment time.
- We request that you wear a well-fitting mask at all times while in the Health Suite. If you arrive without an appropriate mask, one can be provided for you.
The Health Center is located on the first floor of Willoughby Hall.
All students can access Health Services at no charge. However, insurance must be billed to cover the costs of diagnostic tests, X-rays, lab tests, and other outside services. Depending on your plan, deductibles and copayments may apply, which are your responsibility.
If you have questions, please email health@pratt.edu, or sfs@pratt.edu to verify your Health Insurance.
Emailing health@pratt.edu:
When emailing please include your Student ID number in the subject line.
