Under the provisions of the Wetterling Act/Megan’s Law, Pratt Institute is responsible for informing its community members when a convicted sex offender has become part of the campus community, either through enrollment or employment.
When the Institute is notified by the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) that a Level 1, 2 or 3 sex offender is enrolled or employed at the Institute, the campus community will be informed through an all-campus email and directed to this webpage. These email notifications will be issued under the heading “Sex Offender Registry Notice.”
