The Office of Institutional Research and Assessment (OIRA) partnered with the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to launch the Pratt DEI Dashboards in 2022. These dashboards provide information regarding Pratt’s campus community composition—students, faculty, and staff—and track Pratt’s progress in advancing DEI efforts over time.
Below are several DEI Dashboards, each accompanied by brief descriptio of the displayed data:
- Students: This section showcases the number of students enrolled at Pratt in a given year. The data can be sorted by different identities and affinities.
- Student Trends: Displays student enrollment trends over time since 2013. The data can be sorted by different identities and affinities.
- States Represented: Maps domestic students by state.
- Countries Represented: Maps international students across countries.
- Faculty: Showcases the employment numbers of faculty at Pratt in a given year. The data can be sorted by different identities and affinities.
- Faculty Trends: Displays faculty employment trends over time since 2016. The data can be sorted by different identities and affinities.
- Staff: Showcases the employment numbers of staff at Pratt in a given year. The data can be sorted by different identities and affinities.
- Staff Trends: Displays employment trends of staff over time since 2016. The data can be sorted by different identities and affinities.
