Policy Statement: The Title IX, Nondiscrimination, and Anti-Harassment Policy is effective January 28, 2025 and details the Institute’s response to Title IX concerns, discrimination, harassment, and sexual misconduct (including dating violence, domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking). This policy defines conduct prohibited under this policy; the procedures for reporting Prohibited Conduct; and the process that will be used to respond to Prohibited Conduct defined in this policy.
