Junior Survey is the culminating event in the year-long Junior Research course, where students apply their artistic research to individual project development over the course of two semesters. Survey functions as the final critique of the student’s work by a panel of Photography Department faculty members and outside critics.
Sophomore Survey is the culminating event in the Sophomore Critique course, where students present their visual projects to a panel of Photography Department faculty members. The panel provides constructive feedback for how the students can continue to develop their project and their practice.
