The person with the disability does not have to sit alone. Your entire party may sit together in the accessible seating section. All graduates receive the same number of tickets, regardless of section.

Yes, devices are available at commencement. Please ask for assistance when you arrive, or contact lac@pratt.edu if you have further questions. 

If you think that your family member will need a wheelchair, please contact lac@pratt.edu and notify staff upon your arrival at Radio City Music Hall. 

Service animals are always welcome at Radio City Music Hall. If you are requesting tickets for the accessible seating section, it is helpful, though not essential, to let us know at that time that your family will be accompanied by a service animal. Reminder: no other pets of any size will be permitted inside the event venues.

There are four ways to request a wheelchair accessible taxi or for-hire vehicle in New York City:

• The Accessible Dispatch Program, which provides accessible taxi dispatch service throughout the city.
• Hailing an accessible taxi through a taxi E-hail App.
• Booking an accessible FHV through any car service, FHV or lux limo company.
• Street hailing an accessible taxi.

Personnel from Pratt Institute’s Public Safety office and Radio City Music Hall’s security will respond quickly to any medical emergency.
