2025 Commencement Timeline for Faculty
- December 10, 2024: Email with a link to a form goes out requesting that faculty RSVP to Awards Convocation, Commencement, and Faculty Reception.
- February 14, 2025: Deadline to apply to graduate and receive your diploma via the Grad App. Please remind your students! The deadline to apply to graduate passed on February 14. Graduates who want to participate in the commencement ceremony and walk across the stage need to email commence@pratt.edu.
- March 7, 2025 – deadline to order your regalia (cap and gown) for pick up at Grad Fair via the Faculty RSVP Form.
- April 29, May 2, and May 3, 2025 – Pick up your regalia and faculty pass at Grad Fair, hosted in Manhattan and Brooklyn campuses.
- Monday, May 19, 2025 – Chairs and Deans attend Awards Convocation, at Emmanuel Baptist Church.
- Tuesday, May 20, 2025 – Attend the Commencement ceremony at Radio City Music Hall. Faculty arrive between 7:45am and 8:30am with your academic regalia. Faculty reception (RSVP required via form by March 7, 2025) will follow commencement.
Tickets
Faculty do not require a ticket to participate in Commencement, as you will be seated on stage during the ceremony.
