The Ideation Lab course is based on experiential learning, taking risks, and working in a team environment to turn students' creative ideas into viable business ideas. This is a practical class, essentially a lab that provides real world, hands-on learning. The course objective is to create an entrepreneurial experience, provide leadership skills necessary for creating and working with a team, plus how to turn an innovative idea into a thriving creative company. This Ideation Lab provides the student with arts and design based business strategies in the realm of entrepreneurship. It was created specifically for forward-thinking Pratt students who want to take that extra step in developing a creative business and innovator mindset.
