ACM-641 Management of Cultural Enterprise & the Arts

This course provides foundational leadership and managerial frameworks, models, data management tools and skill building that will enable participants to strategically and sustainably manage their organizations, and leverage the power of culture to create change and shape futures. It uses a multidisciplinary systems approach to explore the context of cultural enterprise leadership in an interconnected and interdependent world challenged by climate instability and inequity.
