About the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)

The Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), established in 2018, is led by Jazmin A. Peralta, Interim Vice President for DEI, supported by Jah Davis, Assistant Director, and Mariana Souza, Executive Assistant and Office Manager.

The office collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment where all members of the Pratt community are welcomed, supported, and valued. It supports the DEI Committee of the Board of Trustees, oversees the Center for Equity and Inclusion (CEI), the DEI Council, and works closely with the Indigenous Peoples’ Land Circle and the Staff Council.
