DEI Allies Training Certificate Program – Gender & Sexuality

This spring semester, the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion will continue to provide the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) Allies Training Certificate Program. DEI Allies are full-time and part-time faculty and staff that actively promote and advance diversity, equity, and inclusion through intentional, conscious, and constructive efforts that benefit the Pratt community.

The DEI Allies Training Certificate Program requires the completion of the four foundational sessions. All virtual training sessions are set to 90 minutes each, with a maximum capacity of 45 participants.

Gender & Sexuality

This workshop explores the intricate differences between sex assigned at birth, gender identity, and sexual orientation. Participants will learn about LGBTQ+ identities, gender, and sexuality and examine prejudice, assumptions, and privilege.
