DEI Faculty Fellows Program Info-Session

The DEI Office invites all faculty to apply to the inaugural DEI Faculty Fellows Program for this academic year. The DEI Faculty Fellows Program is a remarkable cohort driving meaningful change and embodying an unwavering commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion at Pratt.

The DEI Faculty Fellows Program provides professional development, resources, and support to faculty members committed to enhancing diversity, equity, and inclusion within their academic communities. Fellows engage in workshops, training sessions, collaborative projects, and research initiatives to create inclusive learning and working environments, curricula, and institutional policies.

DEI Faculty Fellows will span degree-granting schools from both the Pratt Brooklyn & Manhattan campuses, igniting projects in alignment with Pratt’s DEI Strategic Plan Pillars. Selected faculty fellows will receive an annual stipend of $5,000 (2,500 per semester).
