This workshop explores research, teaching, and learning at the intersection of geographic information science (GIS) and library information science (LIS). Scholars and practitioners will present interdisciplinary work that draws on mapping, data science, libraries, and archives.
Co-hosted by the School of Information at Pratt Institute and the Graduate School of Library and Information Studies at Queens College, CUNY. Co-organized by John Lauermann (Associate Professor, School of Information) and Nerve Macaspac (Assistant Professor, Queens College GSLIS).
