Other Islands Book Fair

Join us for the third annual Other Islands Book Fair, a public event where publishing is approached as both a creative and collective practice. Hosted by the Graduate Communications Design Department, the fair brings together over 40 independent publishers

This year, the fair will take place on Saturday, April 26, and Sunday, April 27, in the Student Union.

The Other Islands Book Fair serves as a vital platform for local publishers, community builders, designers, artists, and creatives to come together and showcase their work. It offers a unique opportunity for the local community to engage with a diverse range of creative productions and interact with exhibitors who share a collective commitment to independent publishing

Come explore how books can act as arguments, invitations, and interventions. Engage with emerging and established publishers, connect with a community of makers, and experience publishing as a shared, evolving process.
