Pratt Giving Day Virtual Drawing Meditation
March 26, 2025 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Online
Join New York City, Washington, DC, Miami, and Los Angeles Alumni Network leaders for a virtual drawing meditation led by Sam Harvey to support Pratt Giving Day!
Mindful drawing merges the practice of meditation with the creativity of drawing. This practice encourages relaxation, self expression, and reflection. Mindful drawing is for everyone, whether you draw every day or can’t even draw a stick figure, we focus on the process rather than the end-result. This session will lead participants through a series of Mindful Drawing prompts, please have something to draw on and with (or a couple of options if you’d prefer!).
Zoom (Meeting details to be shared upon registration)
