People who engage with social justice related issues and environmental concerns through their work often experience ecological burnout. It is necessary to process our eco-burnout through communal body-based practices. This event will explore communal yoga practice to engage with and talk about eco-burnout. No prior yoga experience is required. Please bring a yoga mat and bottle of water for practice. Dr. Gopinaath Kannabiran is a Certified Advanced Yoga Teacher and will lead two in-person beginner-level group yoga classes.
