The Sirovich Family Residency Program supports, with up to $7,500 in funding, professionals outside of the Pratt community seeking to work on a STEAM project in residency at Pratt. Guest residents collaborate with at least one Pratt faculty/staff member outside of their own area of expertise in the creation of an interdisciplinary project. Multiple residents may team up to work on a single project. It is the responsibility of applicants to assemble a team that meets the application criteria.

Project teams in this program can take a variety of forms, including:
- STEM resident(s) + non-STEM faculty/staff member(s)
- Arts/humanities/social sciences resident(s) + STEM faculty/staff member(s)
