Brice Garrett

Biography
Brice Garrett is an artist living and working in Brooklyn, New York. Traditionally trained in jewelry and metalsmithing, his work ranges across disciplines and media, culminating in jewelry, sculpture, installations, and participatory projects. Brice received his MFA from Konstfack University College of Arts, Crafts and Design in Stockholm, Sweden and a BA from San Diego State University. He has been the recipient of multiple awards and residencies, including from the Museum of Arts and Design, Tides Institute & Museum of Art, Queens Council on the Arts, NYC Department of Cultural Affairs, Center for Craft, Manhattan Graphic Center, and most recently Teton Art Lab. His work has been exhibited internationally including at Baltimore Jewelry Center (MD), Brooklyn Metal Works (NY), Center for Maine Contemporary Art (ME), Columbus Museum of Art+Design (IN), Galerie V&V (Austria), Jewellery Museum Pforzheim (Germany), and the International Handwerkmesse (Germany).
