Cara Gallo-Jermyn

Cara Aubrey Gallo-Jermyn, MS, BC-DMT, LCAT, is a board-certified dance/movement therapist and licensed creative arts therapist. She has practiced in the field since 2004, and completed a two-year training in the practice of authentic movement in 2011. Cara is working towards her certification in group psychotherapy. She studied dance and psychology at Hunter College and has her master’s in DMT from Pratt Institute. Cara worked at Bellevue Hospital Center with children, teens, and adults. She is currently in private practice and offers DMT groups at The League School and Treatment Center, in Brooklyn, NY. In addition to her adjunct teaching positions at Pratt Institute and SUNY Empire State College.
