Catalina (b. Santiago, Chile) is a multidisciplinary Visual Artist, educator, and independent curator, working in the intersections of geographic identities, collective memories, and hybrid systems of collaboration and participation through existing technologies. 

She has participated in art residencies at Youkobo Art Space, Japan; Taller 7, Colombia; Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture, US; NARS Foundation, NY, and Collider Art Residency, Contemporary Calgary, Canada.

She was a member at NEW INC, The New Museum Incubator Program NY, a fellow at The Interdisciplinary Art and Theory Program, NY, and Foundation for Contemporary Arts, NY. Recent exhibitions include “Rerouting” at Contemporary Calgary, CA, “Temporary solutions that stay forever” at The Clemente, NY, and “The Sensitive Project” at Lydian Stater, NY.  Lives and works in Brooklyn , NY.
