Biography
Architectural and interior designer, artist, writer, and educator; has contributed to curriculum development, media and publication, architectural and art archiving, and sustainable and resiliency development research; her creative practice focuses on narrative as a generator for line, word, image, and experience; at the Rhode Island School of Design, she was awarded the Henry Adams AIA Silver Medal; has taught in architecture, interior design, history of art and visual culture, foundation, and English language studies at Parsons, the Rhode Island School of Design, China Academy of Art, and Pratt; has exhibited drawing, painting, photography, and artist books in New York City, Rhode Island, and Tokyo, and has published essays, prose, poetry, and design projects internationally.
