Biography
Daniel H. Crow, Esq. is a lawyer and a visiting assistant professor of construction law. He is licensed to practice in New York and New Jersey. He is the founder of Crow Law PLLC. Since 2007, he has been a faculty member at Pratt Institute School of Architecture.
Mr. Crow advocates for owners, construction managers and contractors in all aspects of design and construction. He has litigated numerous complex, multi-party construction cases in state and federal courts, arbitration, mediation and dispute resolution boards. His experience encompasses claims for breach of contract, fraud, adjacent property issues, delay damages, impact and loss of productivity claims, construction defect claims, surety bond claims, contract termination-related claims, professional negligence claims, mechanic’s lien claims and breaches of the N.Y. Lien Law trust provisions. He also regularly negotiates contracts and advises clients in getting troubled projects back on track.
