David Gordon

Biography
David Gordon was born in New York City. He has worked in film, fashion, publishing and journalism. His first novel, The Serialist, won the VCU/Cabell First Novel Award and was a finalist for an Edgar Award. It was a bestseller in Japan where it was the only foreign novel to win the three top crime fiction awards, and was made into a feature film. He has published seven books and has had work appear in The Paris Review, Harpers and The New York Times Magazine among other publications. Upcoming projects include a new novel – The Pigeon – as well as a video game due to be released in 2026.
