Eric Andersen

Biography
Eric Andersen is a Visiting Associate Professor in the Real Estate Practice program at the Pratt Institute’s School of Architecture. Eric works as an investment professional for The Brodsky Organization, a developer of large scale residential properties in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Prior to The Brodsky Organization, Eric worked for The Carlyle Group, Deutsche Bank, and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration. Eric is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Real Estate Development program at Columbia GSAPP. Eric received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia GSAPP.
