Evelina Yagudaev is a licensed and board-certified art therapist and psychodynamic psychotherapist based in Brooklyn, NY. She completed her graduate studies in Art Therapy at Pratt Institute and later advanced her training through a three-year postgraduate program in Child Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy. Evelina maintains a private practice where she works with children, adolescents, and adults, integrating talk therapy and art therapy to meet the unique needs of each client. She provides therapy in Russian, Hebrew, and English, offering a culturally sensitive approach to diverse populations.

In 2022, Evelina joined the faculty at Pratt Institute, bringing her extensive clinical experience to the classroom. She emphasizes bridging theory with practice, helping students develop the confidence to apply psychodynamic and creative approaches in real-world settings. Her teaching is deeply informed by her hands-on work with clients, offering students valuable insights into therapeutic processes.

Born in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, Evelina is a native Russian speaker. She moved to Israel as a preteen before relocating to New York in her 20s to pursue her passion for psychology and art therapy. Her multicultural background enriches her work and provides a broad perspective in both her practice and teaching.
