Heather Delaney

Biography
Heather Delaney is a New York based artist. She has exhibited in New York and California received an MFA at University of California, Irvine in 2014.
Her work was recently included in two international exhibitions for performance and video : Rapid Pulse’s International Performance Art Festival in Chicago, IL and NurtureArt in Brooklyn, NY. She was also included in the New Wight Invitational at the University of California, Los Angeles. Her work explores the intersection of video, performance, and sculpture. Her most recent work theorizes a new approach to subjectivity through a series of performative sculptural encounters that deal with relationality, desire, weight, production and consumption.
