Biography
Jill is a user researcher and customer experience strategist with 20+ years of experience helping organizations deliver mission-critical outcomes by staying close to their customers. She is passionate about applying design thinking to problems of all shapes and sizes in order to deliver impact at human scale.
Jill leverages mixed methods research (qualitative / quantitative) and data analytics to deliver evidence-based insights that inform strategic planning, product/service innovation and continuous improvement.
In 2022, Jill started Field Notes Consultant to expand her work with non-profits to leverage the power of data-rich research and strategic insights to drive audience growth, engagement, and program development. Prior to that, Jill was VP, Customer & Product Experience Insights at Blue Apron and Sr. Manager, User Experience at Etsy.
Jill also volunteers her time as a Board Member of Radio Catskill, an independent, listener-supported public radio station serving the Catskills region and Northeast Pennsylvania.
