Biography
A strategy partner to major organizations, brands, and agencies, Kristen leads marketing, communications and media innovation, along with a team of performance, insights and analytics specialists, at consultancy, Weather Co. Kristen brings 15+ years of experience across categories – luxury, fashion, travel, media, wellness, sustainability, social impact, fintech – and clients including CAVA, Tidal, S’well, Lands’ End, Marc Fisher, MassMutual, Financial Times, CVS Health, Univision, SoulCycle, and more. For the past 2+ years, she has led new media and storytelling initiatives with Lands’ End, as well as CAVA’s media team, through its highly successful IPO and beyond.
She served as Chief Strategy Officer at Wit, a media experience agency, for 8+ years, before founding Weather. Prior to then, Kristen led integrated marketing teams and partnerships with major brands including Unilever, NYU, the American Museum of Natural History, among others. Her work has been recognized by Crain’s New York Business, the Wall Street Journal, and the UN Social Impact Summit.
