Leah Cuadros Vogely

Leah Vogely has worked as the UX Design Lead, Creative Director, and Senior Leader on a large variety of digital design products — from web to native mobile.

As the Director of Design and Delivery at Exelon — a Fortune 500 energy company — her day-to-day includes advancing organizational strategy, supporting design craft leaders, and facilitating design thinking experiences. Formally, she held the position of Vice President of Creative Strategy at a digital agency in Maryland.

Her industry experience includes energy, nonprofit, enterprise, healthcare, consumer goods, and education. As a cross-functional leader, she enjoys co-creating strategies to serve diverse communities equitably through technology.

Leah graduated from the Maryland Institute College of Art with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in 2007.

Outside of work, Leah is a Board Member for an arts-and-disabilities non-profit (Make Studio), mentors UX Design graduate students, speaks at design industry events, and lives in a log cabin in the woods with her husband and five goats.
