Biography
Gracia Echeverria is a graphic designer an educator based in New York. She is interested in exploring the relationship between humans and their ecosystems. She believes we have forgotten how intertwined we are and enjoys finding ways for herself and others to remember. Her work is an assemblage of practices across disciplines—graphic design, biology, ecology, philosophy, ethnobotany, and cultural studies—seeking ways to foster connection, rediscovery, interspecies relationships, and diverse modes of existing. She also teaches at Minneapolis College of Art and Design and sometimes creates music, compost, and garden.
