Michael Arno

Mike serves as Pratt’s Title IX Coordinator and Director of the Office of Institutional Equity and Title IX. Mike is responsible for Institute Title IX compliance and directly oversees the process for all reporting concerns related to discrimination, harassment, and sexual misconduct.

Mike has nearly twenty years of experience in higher education, which includes direct experience in Title IX, nondiscrimination, higher education compliance, and student conduct. Prior to joining Pratt, Mike has served in various positions at Hartwick College, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Emerson College, and Hofstra University.

Mike is passionate about creating safe and welcoming communities and is excited to be part of the Pratt community.

Mike earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from SUNY Brockport and holds a master’s degree in Student Personnel Administration from Buffalo State College.
