Philip Sutton

Biography
Philip Sutton is a reference librarian at The New York Public Library Irma and Paul Milstein Division of United States History, Local History, and Genealogy, where he also teaches and writes about genealogy and building history research. He regularly presents on the topic of genealogy and local history research at NYPL, and has spoken at conferences in NY and elsewhere.
Sutton received the Jean M. Campbell Award for Excellence in Reference Service, 2017.
