Biography
Rebecca Evanhoe is an author, teacher, and conversation designer. Since 2012, she has designed technology that talks and listens for Amazon Web Services, Mobiquity, Shadow Health, and more. She co-authored Conversations with Things: UX Design for Chat and Voice (Rosenfeld, 2021). At Pratt, she teaches courses in conversation design and UX writing. With degrees in chemistry and fiction writing, she’s passionate about how interdisciplinary thinking can combine arts, humanities, sciences, and tech.
