Teresa serves as Pratt’s Assistant Director of Outreach and Community Standards between the Office of Institutional Equity and Title IX and the Division of Student Affairs. Teresa directly oversees the off-campus student conduct process and leads and develops the training and outreach related to the Title IX and Sexual Misconduct Policy and the Nondiscrimination and Anti-Harassment Policy. 

Teresa has nearly ten years of experience in sexual misconduct prevention and response as well as creating equitable communities. Prior to joining Pratt, Teresa worked in several roles at RAINN, The University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, and the Orange County Rape Crisis Center of North Carolina. 

Teresa is passionate about creating safe and welcoming communities and is excited to be part of the Pratt community.

Teresa earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Services and Social Justice  from The George Washington University and holds graduate degrees in Nonprofit Management from Johns Hopkins University and Social Work from The University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.
