PrattCard Mobile Apps Are Now Available!

The PrattCard Office has launched mobile applications that gives you on-the-go access to PrattCard accounts, anytime, anywhere. You can easily add money, check balances, review transaction history, and so much more. Also, you can check the current listing of on-campus and off-campus locations where the PrattCard is accepted, right from your phone. Download the PrattCard Apps today on your mobile device at the App Store (iPhones) or Android Market (Phones with the Android OS).

Manage your PrattCard accounts anytime, anywhere. Simply logon using your OneKey username and password to add money, check balances, view activity, grant guest privileges, and so much more.

Personalize

Add Guest User

You can let your friends and family deposit funds to your account. Guest users will receive by email their own logon and password, so they can view your activity and make deposits, using our automated attendant credit card process, without your assistance.

Request Money

Let us ask for you! We will send an email to the person you designate requesting funds be deposited on your behalf.

Low Balance Warning

Notify someone when your balance gets low. We can notify you, or someone you have designated, when your balance falls below a certain level. You may establish the minimum balance you want to maintain. We’ll send out the notification(s), established by you, when the minimum is reached.

Lost or Stolen Card

If your card is lost or stolen, you may deactivate it online.

Account Activity

See what’s been happening with your account. View the current balance and recent activity on an existing meal plan or PrattBucks account by clicking on Account Activity under the “My Account” section.

Recent Deposits

Check the status of recent deposits. This may be helpful if you had trouble making a deposit, didn’t receive confirmation, or logged off before your confirmation posted.

Make a Deposit

Add money to your existing meal plan or PrattBucks account and the funds will be available for immediate use. Please note that PrattBucks may not be used in the dining facilities and meal plan points may not be used in the PrattStore or print labs, so choose carefully where you want your money to go.

Acceptable forms of payment include credit, debit, or gift cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo.

Add money to your PrattBucks account using cash at the PrattCard Cash Station located in the Machinery building, outside the MCC Lab. The PrattCard Cash Station accepts $1, $5, $10, $20 and does not dispense change!
