Crime & the Uncanny Class Project

This trailer for the Jacksonville, Florida film festival was made by the Crime & the Uncanny film class at Pratt Institute as an homage to the synchronized dance scene in the 1981 film Dead Kids. Festival alum Jim Finn teaches the class. The students in alphabetical order who made the film include Reilly Bair, Liam Barton, Michael Cherry, Matteo Coelho, Cole Crawford, Sophia Crenna, Adriene Klein, Caroline Korinke, Leon Lister, Eliza Park, Evan Rivard, Cat Simms, Mikaela Torcello, Nichole Tsai and Alice Young. The Lou Christie song Lightning Striking Again was in the original movie and we added some K-Mart musak for the end.
