Printed circuits boards are in all electronics and currently they are made of fiberglass reinforced epoxy with traces of copper to conduct electricity.
Most printed circuit boards are not designed to last long but they are difficulty to recycle because the copper can’t be separated from the resin board.
We are proposing a biodegradable board produced by additive manufacturing that allows for separation of the copper so that each component of the board can be recycled separately.
